Horace Ho & Company is a public accounting firm registered under the Professional Accountants Ordinance of Hong Kong with the Hong Kong Society of Accountants. It was founded in 1987 by Mr. Horace Ho, CA, FCCA, FCPA(Practising), ATIHK, MIMgt Our partners, consultants and staff are qualified in United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Mainland China, Australia, Taiwan, Canada and U.S.A. who are capable of providing quality services to our clients.  We advise clients on asset and tax planning matters using offshore structures and vehicles. In addition, we also provide a full range of traditional services that an accounting firm normally provides.   Our other focus is on assurance services : valuation, pre-IPO services, SOX404 audit, pro-forma accounts consolidation in GAAP of various jurisdictions, including UK, Taiwan, US and Mainland China. We are experienced in companies which operates in Greater China .  Although we are a Hong Kong based company, we are a truly international oriented professional firm. Until 2007, over 80% of our clients were located outside Hong Kong.
